Indiherbo Jaggery Powder is made from premium quality sugarcane grown in the fertile fields of western Uttar Pradesh, one of India’s largest sugarcane belts. Fresh sugarcane juice is slow-heated in large iron woks, clarified naturally with okra pulp, reduced to a thick syrup, then moulded, dried and ground into a fine, free-flowing powder.
The result is a golden-brown jaggery powder with the rich, earthy sweetness of real desi gur. It dissolves easily, making it perfect for tea, coffee, milk, kheer, halwa, laddoo, chutneys and baking.
